For sale is a Vintage AMF Roadmaster Skyrider Blue Bicycle 26" Wheels/Tires. It shows wear. Has some rust, scratches in the paint, needs new tires, has dings in the fenders and needs overall work and tlc. The fenders are wide and have a white and orange stripe, the seat is blue and white and the bike looks cool. Great winter project! Let me know if you have any questions. Vintage bike AMF RoadMaster I don't know the year of this bike. Maybe mid 50s- early 60s Bike was from estate sale. I dont know how it rides or any quirks it may have. Bike is really cool vintage looking Has surface rust and scrapes skuffs pealing paint dings and wear from years of usage Has front basket. Vintage AMF ROADMASTER "SKYRIDER" Bike. VERY NICE!! Made in USA!!!!!!!!
A BEAUTIFUL Vintage AMF ROADMASTER SKYRIDER Single speed bike. The stand-over height on the horizontal bar close to the head tube is 30.5" high. Its 19" from the center of crank to the top of seat tube.The tires are TRELLE 26 x 1.75. The tires have tread and hold air well but are dry cracked. The chrome rims are in very good condition! The seat is in Excellent condition! The handle bars are very nice also.The steel frame is in Excellent Condition. The original paint is great as well. The paint does have some scratching and scuffs from normal use. The fenders are very nice! This AMF Bike is very nice and was well taken care of. Made in Olney Illinois USA! The number on the white sticker by Olney Illinois is J-9676a24. The number on the head tube is C4008139. There is some wobble in both tires from normal use. I'm pretty sure ... morethe rear fender reflector is missing. I think this bike is all original except the mirror.This bike is Beautiful in my opinion only. Vintage Women's Teal Roadmaster Skyrider Deluxe 26" Steel Cruiser
This little beauty has been tune-up and is a must see to appreciate. No rust. Never left outdoors. A few chips in the paint from transporting. The repairman could not get the light to work. It has a bell and is all original except the seat. Mum is too old for this bicycle and wants to find it a good home. Trying to talk her into getting a 3-wheeler, like the one I just bought. I've never sold anything on EBay. But I have no means of shipping. I would ask the lady that I ship paintings through. But I saw adds that said LOCAL PICK UP. Vintage 1960s Roadmaster Skyrider Deluxe Bicycle With Tank Light - Barn Find
Here we have a gorgeous vintage red Roadmaster Skyrider Deluxe tank bicycle made circa the 1960s. The bike features chrome fenders. A rear rack, and a tank light. This was a barn find and there are scratches and chips in the paint, surface rust, and some stickers that have been placed on the rack and fenders, although those shouldn't be too hard to remove. The grips are grubby and the saddle is very torn up and would need to be replaced. Whether you choose to fully restore it or just throw on a new saddle and some grips, this is a lovely old bike. This is a great vintage piece that we are selling for parts. Restoration or repair, parts. This was made by AMF in the USA in the early 1960's. The bike is a men's bike with a great red finish. It features a steel body, 26 inch wheels, front and rear fenders, rear ride-along seat with cargo baskets, a head light and coaster brakes. The bike has the AMF logo on the seat tube along with the Skyrider logo on the on chain guard. The bike is marked with serial number M194962 on ... morethe dropout. This was a high end bicycle when new, and has a lot of great features. This would make a great project for any bike repair or restoration enthusiasts! Get this one back up and running and you'll be the coolest kid on the block! Condition: This piece is vintage and used with some wear. The bike is not currently in working condition and we are selling it for parts. Repair or restoration only. The bike has some rubber stuck in the gear, so it is not currently spinning freely. It has a lot of cosmetic wear including chips, nicks, dings and scratches in the finish from age and use, there is also some pitting and oxidation. The bike is missing one handle bar grip, the headlight is not working currently and the tires are flat and will need to be replaced. The bike has a lock and some wiring for the headlight wrapped around the body, and has some wear on the leather seats. Only the blue bike on this listing from all photos. As to be expected corrosion. But with the year and such i warshed off the dirt i.e no scrubbing no restore. The chain has broken from corrosion. Gearing with pedals work and when you reverse it brakes. So kickstand, pedals, seat springs and steering all move with no problems. Now for the tires they are shot but rim and spokes are good they just need elbow grease and Brillo.
