1.0 out of 5 starsFake sensors to destabilize filter
Reviewed in India on 24 April 2023
I have been a regular user of Eureka Forbes's water purifier for the last 15 years, hence decided to purchase this new product Dr. Aquaguard Classic. However I was duped with the presence of fake sensors which will make the filter to stop functioning. Here is the catch: Irrespective of whether your filters needs replacement or not, it will automatically stop functioning once the threshold of 6000 liters are consumed. You will be left with no other option except replacing the filter with a new one. There is no warranty associated with the filters which will cost around INR 2550. According to me, this is one of the most unethical ways to push auxiliary products in addition to the main product. This is my last purchase of a product associated with Eureka Forbes. Never again will I recommend Eureka Forbes to my family and friends.
