The Camps consist of alternating strength and conditioning days. Each day’s Protocol, or workout, focuses on different types of training for different areas of the body, so you’ll never do the same workout twice, you’ll never get bored, and your body is constantly challenged. During a 45-minute Camp, we’re constantly switching things up, giving you options to mod up or down, meeting you exactly where you are, but also challenging you to adapt, making you stronger and creating more endurance with every single Camp you take. Complimentary Child watch is also offered during several Camps per day.

Great workouts, fun vibe, wonderful community feeling. Trainers are amazing. New workout and protocol each day to make workouts fun. Best part is that the sessions are only 45mins long, making it the best 45mins in the day for YOU. All levels of fitness can start here, the trainers show modifications to help out and challenge oneself. Focus meetings with the trainers help you stay on track on whatever your goals might be - nutrition, running a 5K or marathon the first time or doing the 1st pull up. Trainers watch and help correct form no matter which station you are at. Oh, and they have a "floating floor" which is easier on the knees. It is recommended to keep outside shoes separate from gym shoes. Greatly enjoy the 45mins of working out here. It's not easy but I am challenged to give it my best. There is atleast 1free Saturday a month if you wish to give it a try.
