I have been doing the CD fit program near Francis Stevens school on N st for a month now with Aaron. As a formal collegiate varsity athlete I have worked with many personal trainers over my years, but never have I been so impressed as I am with Aaron. He finds the perfect balance between motivating us and remaining friendly. Many days I was tired and his encouraging words pushed me to do more than I thought possible. His kind demeanor motivated me to come back again and again to work out. Many people came into the class with different strengths or fitness levels and he was able to consistently balance everyone's needs and ensure that we all got a great workout. I cannot say enough positive things about Aaron as a trainer.
