Out of ALL the places i could have chosen I chose this place and location because I thought they would be awesome and how i was so wrong! The person i texted about my style and appointment takes forever to respond back! And i was quoted $180 and ended up paying $220 atleast let me know what the price gona be before its finished because what if i didnt have $220?! And I did not get the style i asked for not to mention 2 different people doing my hair at different times, my braids didn't even match! They were all different sizes plus my hair started coming out my braids in less than a week! The atmosphere was dead and quiet and never was asked if i liked my hair! NO i dont! Its only been 3 weeks and im about to take it down and go somewhere else! Never again!

Called the day before
We were told to come in the morning the next day at 9am

We walked in and we were quoted $40 for 2 braids

Great customer service and great work. Located in a great area , near food spots in case you get hungry. & they get you in and out in a great time !

Where do I even begin.. I texted the owner regarding my appointment it took over two days for her to respond with a price and confirmation.I set an appointment for 9:30 I got to the shop @ 9:15 the shop is supposed to open at 9:00 am the opener didn't show up until 9:45 and the other stylists strolled in at 10:15. There were 4 girls all scheduled for 9:30 I was quoted 278. For knotless braids but when I got to the shop the price has magically went up to 320. I refused and had to get box braids instead. But it doesn't stop there the first girl starts braiding half of my head she stops and moves to the chair next to me stating "Someone is gonna come". 10 mins past and another girl picks up where she left off braids the front but halfway done and then vanishes, another girl comes and finishes the braids. This process takes from 10 am to 6:45 pm. Don't go here if you have any plans for the day. Also Don't go here if you want to be in a clean and professional shop either.

I have thick hair, not super thick hair but it's thick enough where some braiding salons decline to do me two big braids but Amy didn't!! I went to two different braiding salons and was denied service because my hair was too thick and they couldn't do it. So I called this salon and spoke to Amy who told me she could so I sped over to the salon lol.

Amy was very very nice and polite and so were the other ladies. I'm assuming Amy is the owner of the shop. This was my first time coming to this particular braiding salon. I told Amy what I wanted and she delivered it better than I expected. My hairstyle cost $41 ($35 style plus $6 for the hair) not bad at all. She was very careful and didn't rush to my hair. I really appreciate the service. I think I found me a new braiding salon!!!! Thank you for saving me during an hair emergency! Lol

Called last week to make an appointment for my mom for today. I asked the lady what's the earliest time she told me 8:30. We get here at 8:30 and no one's here. We call the lady was like "we open at 9" then why when we booked the appointment we were told 8:30? It's now almost 9:30 and still not here. I booked due to word off mouth but I should've checked the reviews prior to booking.

i attende this place by the name which attracted me my son was .murdered & i came in with my own hair only wanting cornrows the stylist told me i would need more hair i accepted & chose black to blend the stylist got in an verbal argument it was so loud & scary all i know is i started praying i told jesus i wont complain just please let me get my hair combed too much hostility gave me a rush job hair out of the braids no scissors used to trim after dipping i had to ask for mousse worst service my people

well i am definitely impressed with the outcome and the above average customer service. The natural corn rolls is unbeaten love love there work!

Came in just to get cornrows as a wig base. Lady who did my hair RIPPED through my natural hair while combing. Even after I asked her to comb from the ends to the scalp, she didn't. And my hair wasn't moist enough! She only "lightly" sprayed my hair with a conditioning spray. Mind you, I have a lot of hair, but still. I only stayed because I needed my hair braided down. I gave 2 stars because the braids themselves are very neat and clean. She did a great job braiding.

Also it is CASH ONLY. I was not told that before I came and had to leave to get cash after the service.
