I bought a three class pass early in my pregnancy and loved the warm and welcoming environment that when I returned to Seattle for the last month of my pregnancy, I bought an unlimited one month membership. I am so thankful I spent the time going to prenatal yoga before the birth of my daughter and I loved the sense of belonging and calm in brought me especially since I'm not from the Seattle area. I especially loved the sharing circle at the start of each class as it was a nice way to stay present in the practice. I highly recommended prenatal yoga as part of anyone's pregnancy routine.

I've been practicing here for about 4 months and I love it. I attend classes with Noe Julia and Maria. I love that it's not heated and it's such a great balance of strength, movement and flexibility. I also love that I'm learning new poses. The instructors are also very friendly and warm and are great at teaching. I love it.

Aditi is a wonderful yoga studio. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, and it doesn't have that corporate feel that some studios have. It's easy to manage your class passes online and checking in is a breeze with the iPad / tablet mounted on their wall. I tried prenatal yoga here - such a supportive environment and sense of community. I felt limber and relaxed after my session. It was great to be practicing with others going through the same experience of pregnancy. I heard from the other yoginis that the prenatal massage is great there too. So happy to have found this studio. There is ample free parking right outside the door.

This yoga studio is fantastic! Very clean, friendly helpful staff, props available for use during class and a variety of class types offered.
A lot of class options throughout the week. Online payment and scheduling option are easy to use. Julie is a great teacher and very helpful. Also offers related services such as workshops, classes, massage and acupuncture might be coming soon.
Located on the second floor of the building, enter off the parking lot off Menford Place. Ample parking also available on the adjacent streets.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - candice c.Seattle, WA7372Sep 12, 2014
I was struggling through these last couple weeks of pregnancy and was referred to this place. I am so grateful that I was. I found relief for the first time this whole pregnancy, I wish I had known about it sooner. I walked out of there relaxed, pain free and with my head clear. I've been having lots of anxiety during the day and the massage also helped with that.
I was lucky that there was a cancellation for a massage, so I was able to get in with Alice. The place is close from 99 and easy to find (parking available in back of building where the entrance is.)
I like that it was calm in there, but didn't seem over the top spiritual like some yoga practices. It felt down to earth, Alice was lovely and so good, and they take my insurance. Win. I am going to tell everyone about this place and I can't wait to try some of the classes. Like baby massage once my baby is here.
Thank you, Alice. What a blessing.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Katie D.Seattle, WA1332Mar 29, 2012First to Review
The best yoga teacher in Seattle - Sarah Chamberlain - is here. Her classes are a workout, but at the same time very calming. It's fun to catch yourself improving and getting stronger with every class. She doesn't push you, but I find myself wanting to keep up with her. I'm not sure about the other teachers at Aditi, but I love the location, since it's within walking distance from where I live. I have noticed that they offer parking, which is great.

came here yesterday when trying to find a yoga class on classpass that wasn't heated (there aren't many in the north seattle area!). i took the vinyasa flow class with noe'. the pace of the class was excellent and the corrections noe' offered were helpful.
the ladies at check-in upstairs were welcoming, and there's parking available (although i biked there--bike corral is on stone way). they have an upstairs and downstairs--the downstairs is apparently a new space for them. it's quite spacious and instead of mirrors has windows facing stone way which let in light and trees. free water as well.
i appreciated that the mats were free (although there wasn't anything to clean them...so if this concerns you, you might bring a wipe or towel), and there were also plentiful bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks to use as props. my class was all women (except the instructor) who were in their twenties and thirties, i'd guess.
despite not being heated, i definitely broke a sweat in this class. aditi is a great find for people who aren't into the chain yoga places and want a non-formulaic yoga experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jen T.Seattle, WA02Sep 16, 2016
I love Aditi. The atmosphere is so welcoming and it has great energy. I feel like I belong here. The teachers are amazing. The studio is beautiful! I also have had a few massages and they were wonderful! Aditi is my happy place. I highly recommend Aditi if you are looking for a yoga community that is inclusive and nourishing.

I have been seeing Julie Morse for prenatal massage, prenatal yoga, or relaxation massage for over 4 years now, since my 1st pregnancy. Her prenatal yoga not only helped relieve aches and promote increased flexibility, but the class setting also provided an environment of support and encouragement.
Her massages are absolutely amazing. Her skill in working out any and all discomforts brought on during pregnancy is impressive And her body work was instrumental in reversing my uncomfortable and tense posture that I acquired while breastfeeding.
The Aditi studio is warm and inviting, and is a very convenient location. A great place!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Heather M.Seattle, WA02Aug 16, 2012
I LOVED taking Julie's prenatal yoga course! I began taking Julie's classes about half way through my first pregnancy. I had taken a few yoga courses prior to attending but by no means was familiar with yoga. She is an excellent teacher and always made me feel very comfortable. I loved that at the beginning of each class she would have each mom introduce themselves, say how far along they were and if they had any issues or areas that needed attention during that day's practice. It was a great way to bond/commiserate with other moms and Julie always had insightful advice when it came to just about every pregnancy ailment. She is excellent at selecting poses that don't push your pregnant body, but make you feel like you got good a work out. I always walked away feeling good after taking Julie's class!
In addition to her prenatal yoga class I also saw her for prenatal massages. I was working like a dog during my pregnancy and she kept me feeling good and relaxed. In her massages she would focus on areas that needed attention by doing stretches, rotations and massage to help keep me comfortable. The 15-20 minutes after receiving a massage from Julie was the best I felt during the last trimester of my pregnancy.
Lastly my husband and I took her massage for labor class. And while we didn't end up using the techniques during actual labor my husband did use some of the techniques he learned to help keep me comfortable during that last month.
Thanks Julie for helping make my pregnancy an enjoyable experience!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
