Nice!
It's clean and well maintained. The concessions area is well stocked and in order. So much better than the Maya theater in old town Salinas.
We also got a few real smiles from the help which goes along ways with most people.
We all got tickets, snacks, settled and out without any problems, hold up's or setbacks.
Last words...a pleasure.

Beautiful, clean movie theater. Lots of theaters so many choices of movies. Popcorn was good. Highly recommend

All time worst movie theater at Del Monte Mall in Monterey. Staff don't listen, sound level catastrophic, paid $8.50 for Sunday matinee of Bob Marley biopic, lights in theater turned on twenty minutes into the movie (after 40 minutes blasting adverts and previews). No one in theater, but manager threw me out for no reason. Unbelievably toxic, will NEVER return, will warn men in my local branch 28 of SIR. Marley movie seemed pretty great, but a truly horrific experience. Be aware Cinemark is run by compplete idiots and you may get a taste of awful customer service if you go there.

Recently visited Cinemark theater while in the area. The movie we wanted to watch had a lot of showings to choose from. We ordered our tickets ahead of time (Fandango), chose our seats, and on arrival we get our tickets scanned at the main entrance.

Wish this theater had the nice reclinable seats. But, at least the seats are comfy.

I also thought it was strange that men and women bathrooms are on opposite sides.

Concession stands are well stocked and have a good variety of treats to choose from.

One of the smaller theaters in the area. But they have plenty of showings of any of the popular movies. $8.50 for matinee and $6.50 Tuesdays or $6 for members. It is weird that the Women's restroom is on the right side and Men's restroom on the left side.

They don't have a huge parking lot but shouldn't be too much trouble finding a spot.

Nice theater, comfortable chairs, but no refills on popcorn or sodas. I thought that was kind of odd since everywhere else offers them. The kid at the concession stand said "inflation". Nevertheless though, we still had a fun time.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the condition of the bathrooms. They were dirty, and some stalls didn't have any toilet paper.

This is a great movie theatre! Nice staff, great clean theater. It's a great experience every time. Been going there since 2004!

i am writing an OK review due to the atrocities of a worker named Drake with curly hair. I was absolutely thrown off by his comfortability of such loose vernacular of cuss words, especially towards the public making them feel uncomfortable. I hope I don't sound out of line but isn't the customer always right when all they want is to see a movie?

I will be going to the other local theaters to surpass this unfortunate event, yet I love the movies and hope this will be resolved. Thank you.

This is a really nice movie theater located in an outdoor mall. Great staff and the premises is very clean.

The theater always has great seats available and easy to get into and well behaved customers.
